The company is built on strong foundation and goodwill of M/s Ved Associates. The company is well equipped with three Directors Mr. Deepak Gaonkar, founder of Ved Associates, well supported by young and dynamic Management Graduates Mr. Aditya Desai, and Mrs. Rajasi Dhavalikar.

Ved Associates was established in the year 2004 as, a proprietorship firm by Shri. Deepak Gaonkar, with an objective to provide affordable houses to the people of Ponda. Since then it has successfully completed various projects viz “Vijayadurga Apartments” at Khadpabandh , “Bhagawati Residency” at Dhavali , “Ganeshnagar” at Opa, “Bhagawatikrupa Apartments” at Dhavali.
Considering the individual needs of prospective houses-owners and the society at large, M/S Ved Associates have been very particular in providing Parking Spaces, Solar Water Heater and Garbage Managements System in its every project.
Mr. Deepak Gaonkar is a Mechanical Engineer from Goa Engineering College with excellent academic credentials. He has also secured PGDCT. With experience of over 10 years in construction, he has completed 5 major projects, 2 boutique projects. He is currently heading Saad Market Plaza, a commercial project in heart of Ponda’s business lane, with total buildup area of 8000+ sq. mt. & Saad Samruddhi, a premium residential project in Farmagudi.
He is the Promoter of M/s Ved Associates and main founder Director of the Company. Company is built on strong foundation and goodwill of M/s Ved Associates. The company is guided by experienced hands in form of Mr. Deepak Gaonkar who has completed lot of projects in Ponda area. He is a doyen in the field of construction.
He brings discipline and detailing at micro level activities of project, which ensures consistent quality & value for home buyers. His efficiency and dedication has ensured timely completion of projects without having cost overruns.
Over the years his vision and strategic leadership has steered the conglomerate to a path of sustained growth. His latest brainchild is “Gaonkar’s Nandanavan”, a 200+ acre Eco – Retreat, with Spice plantaion, adventure sports, heritage home and cottages.
Aditya Desai has completed PGDM in General Business from GIM, Goa. He handles operation capabilities of the firm. His strong support, knowledge and excellent entrepreneurial & leadership skill brings excellence and values.
He is one of the major guiding forces to the firm. While pursuing his PGDM, he interned with Acron India, and played a key role in planning “Adaptive Room Pricing” for new boutique hotel in Candolim.
Prior to his PGDM, Aditya worked as Business Analyst at rtCamp. He has handled sales and marketing for their clients based in UK, USA and Australia. He joined rtCamp after successfully completing Bachelors in Electronics
Engineering from University of Pune.
Rajasi Dhavalikar, completed MBA (Finance) & BBA (Accounts) from Symbiosis, Pune. After her formal education, she has successfully executed construction of residential homes. She has experience in handling niche interior projects. Her skills include material planning for during final stage of construction (Tiles, Fittings, Furniture, Aluminum & Glass) and work-scheduling & labor planning, to ensures time bound delivery. She also handles Financial Planning and Budgeting for the firm. Her internship experience includes a brief stint at KPMG and Sesa Goa (Vedanta Resources).
Rajasi’s strong driving force is the legacy of her family business and projects executed by them in Goa in early 1990. Construction is deep routed in the family, with her father being Goa’s reputed Class A contractor, who executed many prestigious projects in late 80s and early 90s.
